Upgrading 10.2.0.3 ASM instance to 11.2.0.3 encountered an error, while upgrading using grid infrast

Please refer to the below upgrade log, while we upgrade the 10.2.0.3 ASM instance to 11.2.0.3 using Grid infrastrucure.

The error pops up during the last step, when the installer shows 100% and while ASMCA is being called.
