Cannot keep Concurrent Manager Service started

The Oracle Concurrent Manager Service has stoped and every time that we try to start it, it starts successfully, stays a few secconds started and then stops.

Our Financials version is 11.5.0 and database version is 8.1.7

We have used the application normally yesterday and nothing has changed in the environment since then.

The only problem that we can see is a local printer failure that we see in the event viewer.

The database is up and running and we can enter the application, but cannot execute requests.
