From where does the code combination gets defaulted for Non Recoverable tax in Oracle R12

Hi Experts,

I am new to R12. I want to know urgently from where does the code combination gets defaulted for non recoverable taxes in Oracle R12?

I am in Tax Manager --> Tax Configuration --> Tax Recovery Rates. When i serach the require tax code, i dont see any code combination tagged here. But when the invoice is created in Payables the code combination is defaulted from somwhere. I want to know from where it is defaulted.

Please let me know the exct navigation
