APP-AR-96822: please enter a batch source when trying to open Transaction for in Receivables

 Hi All,
When I am trying to Transaction open form in receivables, even Transaction summary form opens with error message as 'form 40202 field must be entered'.

After pressing ok button several times, this error message goes off and transaction form will be available and when i place cursor on any other field other than 'Source' field, one more error message pop's up 'APP-AR-96822: please enter a batch source'.

While closing this form also similar error is popping up.

When Opening Transaction Summary for the error is 'form 40202 field must be entered'.

Disabled all the form personalizations.

Can anybody suggest what could be the error.
