Parlay X 3.0 Application Subscription Management support in OCSG5.1

 Hi,
I am looking for any example of subscription like I have a service in which subscriber can get 100 MB data by sending "100mb" on sms shortcode 1234.

How OCSG 5.1 Application Subscription Management help me to provision this on core network? 

or it only keep records of keyword/sms and I have to expose some webservice and ocsg will just forward request to that webservice, if its like this then how its different from startOnlineNotification?

if any one tried this please share experience.
