I can not move repeating frames and frames in Live Previer

Hello,
It passed pretty long time since I have worked with Reports. So I am a bit clumsy.

Why do I have problem when switching from Design Layout Model to Live PReviewer that location of the repeating frame and included frame with fields are totally different.

Beside I can not move or resize frames on the page in Live PReviewer.

The reports is very simple. Like some Form Letter Report.

- One record per page
- query is simple - no master detail but fields are dispersed from  simple query on entire page
- the structure of layout is
  Repeating frame R1 that contains  normal frame M1. M1 containst several fields with sources from query columsn.
