Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. HELLO COMMUNITY!

I have a problem with oracle tuning adviser, it recommends some thing like the following:

- Rewrite the predicate into an equivalent form to take advantage of indices.

Can any one please explain it what does it mean and what is the solution for it.
