During Auto Invoice Tax not generating on credit memos in Receivables

Hi

During Auto Invoice Tax not generating on credit memos in Receivables, however invoice has tax values...

Example:

Invoice:

Line: 3000

Tax:  500

Total : 3500

Credit Memo - with reference to Invoice

Line 3000

Tax: 0

Total : 3000

However, I can see tax values in AR interface lines but after executing Auto Invoice process tax values are not populating in AR. Is it something related to configuation or any patch..

Application version: 11i
