Exit Oracle Applications? message

Hi -
I would like to change the default button on the message the user sees when they want to exit the system from 'Yes' to 'No'.  This looks like it may be an Oracle Forms fnd_message.question dialog but I can't seem to find the code anywhere.
 
Has anyone ever dealt with this?
