Facing issue with orphan cycle count records

Hi,

We are facing issue with orphan cycle count records WCB & we have checked nothing in reservations screen for the parts numbers & Nothing showing in Cycle count entries form for the counts & also performed cycle count for these task but still not clear.


Attached screen shot of the issue for details.

Would  request help to understand the issue.
