How to setup a new reporting ledger after go-live?

The client went live in July, but there is a requirement to add another reporting ledger to the mix. Does anyone have a detailed list of steps which needed to be performed in order to successfully incorporate this new ledger. There are several documents out there on Metalink that cover this process at a very high level and I was wondering if anyone had a detailed list of tasks to be performed.
