abort order

HI,We have OSM 7.0.3 with O2A pip installed in UAT environemnt. We are trying to abort orders but are getting the following error. We are using the same code base as deployed in dev, where we successfully aborted orders. I checked the OSM guide and do not see orderStatePolicy.xsd.
