Adncnv Warning while using AD Merge Patch Utility with HRMS FP Rup 8

While merging patches, 14488556, 16713072 and 17029526 I received the following warning:

Lossy conversion detected for multi-byte character sets.

From my limited knowledge of HRMS files these appear to be payroll files for Japan legislation which we do not use since we are strictly based in the US. I want to make sure I do not harm my instance applying this merged patch if these two files have "lossy conversion".
