Captured Info DFF: The following required field does not have a value: 12.1.3 upload document

we are rceiving the error message Captured Info DFF: The following required field does not have a value:

we are using webadi R12.1.3 and receiveing an error on certain records that require a vale in the captured infio dff.  The value isONLY required against certain accounts in the DFF setup.

the file version for BneFlex.class is 120.13.12010000.22 this was updated to this version when installing patch 13700476

I am uploading a screen shot of the issue.  Note the file works fine when it is not an account that requires a value in that field.

Has anyone seen this issue?
