Service Contract Query

 Hi-
  I am new to Service to Contracts and trying to come up with a query to Find all Contracts that are ready to be created as invoice but didn't get transferred to Ra_interface_lines_all.

   I need to find which table has billing date for the Contract and also how to find if a contract is ready to be Invoiced. Any help would be really appretiated.
