Taxes are not charging off correctly.

During the auto charge off process, the line amounts charged off correctly, however the tax amount did not. When the nightly charge-off process is executed the taxes doubles on a daily basis. The the orginal transaction had a partial payment applied leaving a line and tax amount. The system options Applications Rule Set is set to Line and Tax Prorate

During the charge off process the remaing line amount was charged off correctly, the tax amount did not. The taxes show a positive adjustment. My research shows this appears to be the only transaction effected. Has this been seen by others?
