Is there a patch enabling IE10 support for EBS available?

We have Oracle Application 12.1.3 and we have applied Forms Bundle patch 14825718. Now both Java 6 and java 7 are working. 
However, when customers use IE 10, they will see the responsibilities under the main menu displayed as 'undefined'.
According to Oracle Release news, it advises to run our Oracle E-Business Suite environment through IE 'Compatibility Mode' for IE10.

I want to know Is there a patch enabling IE10 support for EBS is available?
