FSG Reports in Rel. 12.1.3

Hi All,
Some of our FSG reports which were working well (runs successfully and picks up the data correctly) in ver. 12.0.6, does not work properly (runs successfully but does not pick all the data - especially budget) after we upgraded to ver 12.1.3

We have Public Sector Financials. Has anyone faced this problem? or is anyone aware of this kind of problem?

Any help would be appreciated.
