US PAY: Bursting Payroll Deposit Advice XML

Hi,
We would like to email the Deposit Advice to each Employee and/or  place the individual files in one of our Portal to be accessible only by the employee.
 I looked at the XDO Data Definition for  Deposit Advice (XML)  (US Legislation) and Bursting and other options are disabled.

Is there a way we can accomplish without customizing.
