Price List Setup issue

Hi,
I created a new order type in order management. However I am not able to create transaction, if i use a specific price list.

I went to the pricelist setup and found that in qualifier section, there is a order type define for some other order.

Can i have  two order type in the price list qualifier section? If yes how do I define the rows
