Files not copy using luupgrade

Hi,

I experienced after performing luupgrade for 2 servers running Solairs 10u9 to Solaris 10u11 with July critical patch, some files were not copied in /export/home/<user dir>. The files are scripts to start/stop Oracle DB that had been in the dir for quite some times (ie not a newly created files after lucreate has performed). The lucreate completed successfully and did not compliant any errors or warning.

Not sure how serious it is though I manually copied the missing files by lumount from the old BE.The concern is whether this could happen to files in the OS that may only realise after the old BE has deleted.
