Unable to initialize ehcache Management Service JMX data will not be available

Hi,

In Webcenter Sites 11gR1Bp1, on server startup getting the below error in sites.log.
The server startsup successfully and able to access application as usual. Need to understand what will be the impact of this ? How to avoid this error?

[2013-08-21 21:45:00,061 EDT] [ERROR] [ssor[StandardEngine[Catalina]]] [logging.cs.cache.ehcache] Unable to initialize ehcache ManagementService. JMX data will not be available.
