What is the best way to notify a requestor when PO is created?

Once a requisition is created into a PO, is there a workflow available to notify the requestor?  The PO Approval workflow goes to the buyer who created the PO, but nothing notifies the requestor/preparer that the Purchase Order has been created.  Is there anything in 11.5.10 as standard that can be used to notify requestors of their PO?
