Email Not going while using delivery options in concurrent program submission

 Hi Gurus,
I am using the functionality to send the output of a program using delivery option in SRS window. I have setup the profile option for Host and Port but still the concurrent program is not sending emails.
Program is completing successfully and doesn't show any log message indicating error in sending emails, but still we are not receiving emails. We were getting email few days back but all of sudden program has stopped sending emials.

We are Oracle Apps ver. R12.1.3
