Please postwhite paper if any to create multiple standby databases

Hi,
I have 11gr2 2-node RAC database running in primary Datacenter and i am planning to create 2 node rac 11gr2 physical standby databases in different data centers.

Could you please post me any white papers,implementation guides  for creating 2-node RAC multiple standby databases.

Also need to understand how 2nd standby database will function i.e receiving communication to primary database,1st standby database ,receiving redo,switchover etc.
