Whenever a price is updated for an item in the purchase order, a discount of 1.5% automatically gets

Hi

Whenever a price is updated for an item in the purchase order, a discount of 1.5% automatically gets applied to it.

We have total more than 100 items in BPA and need to remove or delete the price break for each item.

Question:

1) can we delete or remove the price break? and how?

2) How to update the end date in price break  for all items in BPA automatically to avoid the manual updatation in each and every item?

Any help in this area is appreciated.
