Request sets for specific responsibility using the same reques group

Is it possible to have a security that the user can only see a request set for SOB of a responsbility assigned to them?

Scenario:

we have Five SOB but with 5 responsbilities with same Request group.  Then we create request set for each SOB, but since it's on the same request group it appear on the submit request to all responsbilities.  Other than creating different request group for each responsibility, is there any other way to hide those request set not intended for that SOB?
