Selling Price in Internal sale order

 Hi,
Can we change the selling price in internal sale order. It is not allow to me change. 

Also i see selling price will come from source org item cost and same will be shown in IR and when it convert to ISO same cost will populate,

What, if source org create new item and destination org will manufacture the same item and send to source org for trading. In this case how will go ahead.
