Planning ODS Load is failing when submitted manually

Hi All,Request you to guide me on following issue:-We have scheduled "ASCP Legacy Collections" to run every morning & it is completing normal. But after that when we are trying to run it manually only "Planning ODS Load" program is running long ,creating dead lock on MSC_Sales_Order table & finally its getting failed with Time Out or Unknown Worker.Before running the Legacy collections we make sure that "No User should logged into the system" & also we are clearing the locks if any.Its always been observed that Legacy Collections are completing normally when scheduled & failing when run manually.We have
