Executives of one vertical are not able to view Accounts, Suspects & PANCO of other Vertical.

Currently Executives of one vertical are not able to view Accounts, Suspects & PANCO of other Vertical. In access profile currently executives are given can read all records. Can I achieve this using books or through group management

If we can achieve this using books, then shall we build books for all users.

Please help.
