Flexible Spending Accounts in E1?

Going through a World to E1 9.1 migration.  In World, Payroll has been using Flexible Spending Account applications (World menu G08F1) to enter claims and reimburse employees for Medical and Dependent Care spending accounts.  So far, I've not been able to locate any of these applications in E1 9.1, nor have I found E1 documentation on Oracle.com that is simillar to the World documentation that is pulled up with the same key words (eg: Flexible Spending Account)

Does E1 support this Flexible Spending Account functionality found in World?
