File Attachments Over 150K Have Stopped Uploading

Hi.

We have a problem whereby file attachments over around 150K are no longer being uploaded to the Siebel File System in the Production environment. A record is created on the database OK, but the file doesn't get saved to the File System. This happens everytime for files over 150K; files below this size do get saved. It's apparent if a file hasn't been saved to the File System because the "Size" field is empty.

Test environments continue to work as expected, so I wonder if it's volume related in Production.  I'm trying to get an idea of exactly how many files we have but I estimate it's in the region of 10 million.  We have 8.3 file name generation switched off as recommmended.
