PeopleSoft Project Costing: Getting Fields on Proj Resouce Table

We use PC_TL_TO_PC to feed labor data to Project Costing. We have four fields defined as our accounting string. One of the four isn't populating on PROJ_RESOURCE table.
I wasn't around when this was set up here, and haven't worked much with with Project Costing in my years of P/S experience. Anyone know off the top of their heads if this is likely a configuration setting causing one of the four fields not to populate? If so, can you point me in a direction to look? What I've found so far, all four look configured the same.
