Is there anyone on here who can help with OAM, OID and E-Business Integration

 We've many multiple attempts to replace our current SSO 10g (deprecated) solution with OAM - since that was the route we were advised to go with. 
I have (with the help of a youtube video) installed the weblogic and OAM software (version 11.1.2.1 - since this is now certified with E-Bus 12.1.3). but am struggling to find a compatible/certified version of OID that needs to be installed and configured first ( before OAM can be hooked into E-BUSINESS via OID. 

Is there anyone on here who can help?

Multiple service requests have only increased the level of frustration since there is not much information on this topic as certifications are so rapidly changing.
