Weekly Shipment Calendar at customer level.

Hello,

I’m trying to find way to achieve below functionally in oracle. Appreciate all help and suggestions.

 

Want to have  Weekly Shipment Calendar at customer level. Like we will ship to product customer every Monday. Also want to know how request date and schedule ship date populate based on calendar?
