Greetings,

We are implementing 12.1.3 OTL and we have a PM that continues to make an issue of why we can't use OTL for dollar entries (per diem, car allowance, etc.) without customization.  The better alternative is to implement iExpenses. Does anyone know of any white papers that would discuss this issue?
