Difference between Intercompany, Intracompany and inter Org transactions

Hello All,

We are on Oracle R12.1.3

Can someone, give me exact difference between Intercompany, Intra Company and inter Org Transaction from Oracle perspective?

It will be great if we have some metalink doc giving these differences.

Kindly do not suggest Setting Up Intracompany and Intercompany Accounting - an Example (Doc ID 604441.1).

I was not able to find my answer.
