Changing a Task Owner

I am trying to create a workflow that will change Owner of a Task to the Current Session user. For example we have reps that triage SR and when they do it creates a TASK showing who the previous owner

of the SR was and who currently owns the SR. The problem is that the TASK now shows the SR user as the owner. We are wanting to be able to change the OWNER of the TASK to the Triager when the SR

is reassigned in order to track employee performance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
