Territory Manager Additional matching Attribute LOV is showing hundreds of duplicate values.

I have enabled account classification matching attribute and when I try to select a value from the existing list of values for account classification I get hundreds of values with only one value 'FEDERAL' which is not even part of of the account classification lookup values
