How I can created the service contract without modified in Install Base the owner of the machines?

Hi

I have Oracle release 12.1.3 with Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle Install Base, Oracle Field service, Order Management, Inventory, among others.

 

I have a scenario in which I provide to my customers technical services, spare parts supply and office stationery to equipment that are in location customer.  Those equipments or machines that I provide  the service could be owned by the customer, or mine (My company is the owner) or with owner a financial institution with which I have a leasing agreement.  summarize:  I have machines in under a service contract with three owners: the customer, the bank and me.

 

As I create the service contract without changing owners in IB machines?
