Query on Patch 14369192

hi All


There are prerequisite and postrequisite patches recommended for Patch# 14369192 as in document 556261.1 . However these are related to 'Federal Financials'. Our customer does not user Federal Financials option. Hence please advise us if we can go ahead with this patch without any application of pre and post requisite patches?
