Blank error while running admsi.pl in GUI mode over merged patch

Hi,
We've merged patch 8919489 & 9583541 into destination directory "mrgptch" and tried to use Patch Application assistant over the merge patch but getting blank error
there is no information in "admsi.log". I'll  uploaded PAA-eror ,admsi.log & merge log for your reference. Please have a check and help.

Note: Suppose if i use PAA in command line it works as below but in GUI it is not working
