Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. upgrade 10.2.3 to 11gr2 on r12

hi,we are going to upgrade R12 application db from 10.2.0.3 to 11gr2.

my question is

do i need to install and upgrade first on 11gr2 that is 11.2.0.1.0 then upgrade 11.2.0.3.0.

or can i directly upgrade from 10.2.0.3.0 to 11.2.0.3.0?

please advice.
