Output Post Processor shows actual and traget as 4 forever. what does it show?

 Hi all
Our Output Post Processor shows actual and traget as 4 all the time. what does it show? it should be targer 0 and actual 0.

A couple fo our reports ends up as completed warning and the error I see is.

one of the post processing actions have failed. please check the OPP log for details.
