Patch: 14251951 11i - Caused Inventory Forms to Stop Working

Hello,
After applied patches 4505485, 5140723, 4453830, 4528356, 4449094, 4641008, 4305771, 4604123, 4015970, 3333633, 5201280, 4200089, 4188534,3994238, 4628347, 4636554, 4477329, 4495836, 4495891, 4586690, 4548492, 7293818, 11786978, 14251951, 12326042, 9716079, 9975169,

All screens for inquiry of the Oracle Inventory, is no longer working correctly
All screens for inquiry of the Oracle Inventory, is no longer working correctly, when the value in the field to be searched is informed and TAB or ENTER is pressed, the list of values is displayed, double click on the desired item, the list of values is closed but the value selected is not returned to the field that is being searched

Specifically, Oracle Support requested us to apply patch 14251951  and their prereqs.
After this, the inventory forms stopped working.
