Cloning the database separately

Hi,I was going through the Cloning Oracle Applications Release 12 with Rapid Clone (Doc. ID 406982.1) document and there were some things that were not clear to me. I hope I will find an answer here. My question relates specifically to the Advanced Cloning scenario where the database is cloned separately. The document says that all the steps in Cloning Tasks should be followed with only exception happening during the third step - Configure target system database server. The second step under the Cloning Tasks relates to the copying of the source system files to the target system and for
