Moving a report to server changes appearance and layout of report

I am new to weblogic and i have a report created using report builder 10 and in report builder it looks one way and when I upload load it to the server it looks a totally different way, the layout is off. What am I missing? I have created both the paper layout and the web layout and see the report does not look like it suppose to.
