 Hi Satish : This thread will be addressing your following Question - 


We applied this patch in our test instance and tested.
Currently the Readme of this Patch 12346964 is referring to R12.HZ.C and it is applicable for version R12.2.

Can this patch be applied for version R12.1.3? Can you please clarify ASAP?
