We have been receiving this error (BEN_91661_BENMNGLE_PERSON_FIND) since we upgraded from 11i  to R12.3 on June 10th.

 

We receive the error during our nightly process in the Participation Error Detail Report (Close Action Items Process Error by Error Type).

 

The message that displays in the Message column on the report is

 

The BENMNGLE batch process has encountered an error when trying to retrieve person

information. This can result when a person BENMNGLE is trying to process has been deleted from the database during a BENMNGLE run. This error has occurred in the following package: ben_batch_utils..cache_person_information. The person id causing BENMNGLE to error :71118
