Implementation of Chilean localisations

Apps 12.1.3
We have started the implementation of Financials in Chile (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) along with Purchasing/iProcurement and inventory and would like to apply the Chilean localisations to our current testing environment for configuration and testing.
Could you please provide me with the patchset number that we need to apply in order to install the Chilean localisations? We are currently on 12.1.3.
Does the patchset include any patches related to HR?
Are there any other Chilean specific patches for HR or any of the other modules we are implementing, that we would need to consider on top of the patchset mentioned here above?
